Help families stabilize. Help parents breathe again. Help children feel safe.
The Care Coordination for Families in Crisis initiative supports families facing intense stress — mental health challenges, housing instability, school issues, custody struggles, and emotional overwhelm — by connecting them to the right resources, at the right time, with compassionate guidance.
We are building a small, dedicated Volunteer Care Team, and we’re inviting community members who want to make a real difference.
