Why I Started The Grounded Teacher (and How You Can Be Part of It)

Being a teacher today isn’t just hard—it’s overwhelming. Between lesson planning, classroom behaviors, testing pressures, and trying to stay emotionally regulated through it all, many of us find ourselves running on empty… and wondering if it’s always going to be this way.

As a therapist and former teacher, I’ve sat on both sides of the desk. I know what it’s like to love the work and still feel like you’re drowning.

That’s why I started The Grounded Teacher.
